REFUNDS

Short version

Customers will be allowed a full refund within 24 hours of purchase of BUILD or  within 72 hours (3 days) of purchasing BRAND. No refunds are offered for purchase of BIZ. Access to all programming, including all classroom and all communities, will be revoked upon refund request. It is important you know our software allows us to track when you’ve logged in, how much of the course you’ve viewed / completed and what you’ve downloaded. Refunds are mailed out within 15 days of the initial request, provided the requirements below are met first.

Our preference

We could make this fancy, complicated or require proof of effort. But we’re not like that – we’re here to see you succeed where so many others have failed. And yes – we credit 100% of your purchase price of BIZ toward another program when you upgrade. If you’re year of access is over, you can still get credit to another ESBA program – up to 1 year post-BIZ purchase!

Since ESBA offers non-tangible irrevocable goods we DO NOT issue refunds once the order is accomplished for BIZ and the product access is sent. As a customer, you are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing any item at our site. Unfortunately, due to the immediate access to the program, ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND NONREFUNDABLE.

Refunds are offered within 24 hours of purchase of BUILD and 72 hours purchase of BRAND therefore we DO honor requests for the refund for the following reasons for BUILD and BRAND:

Non-delivery of the product: due to some mailing issues of your e-mail provider or your own mail server you might not receive a delivery e-mail from us. In this case, we recommend contacting us for assistance. Claims for non-delivery must be submitted within 3 days from the order placing date. Otherwise, access will be considered received and used. Again, it is important you know our software allows us to track when you’ve logged in, how much of the course you’ve viewed / completed and what you’ve downloaded.

If you do not properly contact us during this period, you agree that we may construe silence as a successful access to the program with no further right of redress or refund for a “failed access” reason;

Product not-as-described: such issues should be reported within 24 hours from the date of the purchase for BUILD and within 72 hours for BRAND. Clear evidence must be provided proving that the purchase is not as it is described on the website. Complaints which are based merely on the customer’s false expectations or wishes are not honored.

Please note that we do not bear any responsibility and therefore we do not satisfy any refund/return/exchange requests based on incompatibility of our systems with some third-party software (plug-ins, add-ons, modules, search engines, scripts, extensions, etc.) or computers. We don’t guarantee that our systems are fully compatible with any third-party programs (including web host) and we do not provide support for third-party applications.

Requests for a refund are accepted by contacting us within the time periods listed above per product after the order is placed. You should accompany this request with detailed and grounded reasons why you are applying for a refund. Please make sure your request does not contradict our Terms of Use/Privacy Policy.
